Last year was the first year I've ever done anything like this. I really enjoyed it and am planning on riding again this year. I raised $1,145.00 last year and am setting a goal of $1,300.00 this year. I have a link here on my blog, but am also posint here in this post. The ride was in Myrtle Beach last year, but this year is moving to Greenville, SC.

And don't worry if you don't ride much - I don't either. I'm planning on doing the 35 mile ride on Saturday. Last year I made it 37 miles in one day! I could barely walk the day after - hee-hee.
I also don't have one of those expensive "road" bikes. My bike is a mountain bike.
If you can't ride, think about volunteering or just coming down to cheer the riders on! It really does feel good to come into the rest stops and people are there cheering you on and then at the finish line as well!
