Easter...

Here are some pics from Easter Sunday. We spent the day with family at my aunt and uncle's.

My Mamaw and Papaws House

2008 MS Bike Ride

Last year was the first year I've ever done anything like this. I really enjoyed it and am planning on riding again this year. I raised $1,145.00 last year and am setting a goal of $1,300.00 this year. I have a link here on my blog, but am also posint here in this post. Please consider going to the site and sponsoring me for this ride. It really is a worthy cause.

The ride was in Myrtle Beach last year, but this year is moving to Greenville, SC.

I am looking forward to the ride again. Hey, if your interesed in riding join my team. I am on the Wachovia team and you don't have to be an employee there to join the team.

And don't worry if you don't ride much - I don't either. I'm planning on doing the 35 mile ride on Saturday. Last year I made it 37 miles in one day! I could barely walk the day after - hee-hee.

I also don't have one of those expensive "road" bikes. My bike is a mountain bike.

If you can't ride, think about volunteering or just coming down to cheer the riders on! It really does feel good to come into the rest stops and people are there cheering you on and then at the finish line as well!
